Chef Perez blends sustainable farm-to-table practices with modern culinary influences, delivering a seasonal menu that delights the senses. Enjoy an exquisite three-course dinner featuring Bacon-Wrapped Scallops, Autumn Brick Chicken, and Apple Crumb Tart.

Bacon-Wrapped Scallops: maple pumpkin butter, pepita gremolata, rosemary
